We recommend seeking treatment if you regularly experience symptoms that persist for more than a few weeks, such as persistent dryness, stinging, or burning; a gritty sensation in your eye; recurring redness or irritation; blurred vision after reading or screen use; watery eyes as a reflex to dryness; end-of-day eye fatigue; contact lens discomfort; light sensitivity; or if you need artificial tears multiple times daily.
